Willie Louise Parnell 75 of Buffalo, Texas passed away April 24, 2014 at her residence. She was born  April 28, 1938  in Cleveland, Texas to Adam Millican & Hester King Millican. She married Oran Parnell on July 30th 1963 in Hempstead, Texas. She was a resident of Leon County for 35 years and was of the Baptist Faith.



Graveside Services are set for 11:00 AM Monday, April 28, 2014 at the Marquez City Cemetery with Bro. Louis Neyland officiating. Burial will follow.
