William "Bill" Merryman, 67, of Hearne, Texas passed away on
Wednesday, January 04, 2012 at his residence. He was born on January 3, 1945 in Bryan, Texas to William Presley Merryman and Mary Bernice Brisher Merryman. He attended school in Franklin and married Linda Seigler on April 14, 1965 in New Baden, Texas.
He was retired from Texas A&M University where he was employed as a millwright. He was a lifelong resident of Robertson County and of the Baptist faith. He was preceded in death by his parents, Press and Bernice Merryman and brother, Bobby May.

He is survived by:
Wife – Linda Merryman of Hearne

2 Daughters and Sons-in-law:
Lisa and Kevin Reese of Milano
Lori and Tim Bienski of Bryan

Sister – Rebecca Yoakum of Franklin

Brother and Sister-in-law:
Laddie W. and Wife Shirley May of Franklin

4 Grandchildren – William Reese and wife Jatanna, Jessica Reese, Tiffany Conner and D.J. Conner

2 Great Grandchildren – Braxton Reese and Ely Reese

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 7, 2012 at 1:00 P.M. at the McCauley Funeral Home Chapel in Franklin. Jack Wren will officiate. A visitation with the family will be held on Friday evening from 6-8P.M. at McCauley Funeral Home.
