Wanda Earlene Liner, 81, of Franklin, Texas passed away on Friday, August 31, 2012 in Normangee, Texas. She was born on July 18, 1931 in Marquez, Texas to James and Bobbie Irene Stokley Noey. She received her education in Marquez and married Marvin Liner on December 28, 1946 in Franklin, Texas. She was a wonderful mother to her 2 sons and a wonderful grandmother to her grandchildren. She worked at Franklin Supermarket in downtown Franklin, and also worked in Franklin at the Horseshoe Café. As she grew older, she took jobs sitting with the elderly. Later, she retired. She had been a resident of Franklin for the past 47 years and was a member of the Wheelock Baptist Church. She was preceded in by her parents, husband; Marvin Liner, Sr., brother; Raymond Noey, sisters; Leatha Arnette and Johnnie Mae Winstead.

Services were held on Monday, September 3, 2012 at 10:00 A.M. at the Wheelock Baptist Church. Bro Jimmy Sanders will officiate. Burial will follow in the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery. Visitation was be held on Sunday, September 2, 2012 from 6-8 P.M. at McCauley Funeral Home in Franklin.
