Wanda Lou Bishop, 73 of Franklin, Texas passed away on Thursday, November 28, 2013 in Bryan, Texas. She was born on October 10, 1940 to Elmo and Octavia Smith. She was married to Guy Bishop. Wanda had lived in Franklin all her life and was of the Baptist faith. She is preceded in death by her parents, Robert Smith, Debra Puska, Daughter: Cheryl Welch, and Bobby May.
