Virginia Lee "Ginger" Mareth was born on June 25, 1948, in West Point, Mississippi to her parents, William Roberts Nelson, Jr. and Julia Lois Nelson. On February 25, 2020, Ginger gained her wings and went to walk with the angels. She was 71years old.
Ginger was a graduate of King High School in Corpus Christi. She married Mac Mareth on April 2, 1983. In 1986, they made Camp Creek Lake their permanent home. She was employed in Retails/ Sales for 15 years. After that, she became employed with Texas A&M, retiring in 2005 to stay at home and take care of her precious grandson, Cade. Ginger was an active member of the Franklin United Methodist Church as well as "Ladies of the Lake". She actively helped with the her local Awana Club and was a huge fan of the Aggies and Franklin Lions. Ginger loved people and never met a stranger. She loved vacationing. She and her husband, Mac, even had a bucket list to visit all 50 states. She also enjoyed her casino trips with friends. But her greatest joy by far was being known as "Nana" and attending every event Cade was involved in. She will be sorely missed by every life that she touched while here on earth.
