Stuart Roy Kubiak, 67, of Calvert, Texas went to be with the Lord on Monday, September 22, 2025. Roy was born on September 5, 1958, to his parents, Marion Stanley Kubiak and Anna Mae Meyer Kubiak.

Roy grew up in Houston. He was a resident of Robertson County for the past 17 years before his death.  He is preceded in death by his parents and his younger brother, Roger Kubiak.

Roy is survived by his longtime companion, Cynthia Garcia of Calvert; his four children, Samuel Kubiak, Jessica Kubiak, Ashley Kubiak and Douglas Kubiak.  He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, his sister, Marty Lockhart and numerous nieces and nephews, all of Franklin.
