Steve Sanders, 56, of Ridge, Texas passed away on Wednesday, August 10, 2016 at his home. He was born on July 17, 1960 in Pasadena, Texas to Author and Mattieline Sanders. Steve was a retired ranch hand. He married Donna McLeroy on August 4, 1988. He was a lifetime resident of Robertson County and was of the Baptist faith. He was preceded in death by his parents and his infant brother, Mark.

8 Grandchildren – Shane Illing, Shelbi Sanders, Jenna Danko, Josie Danko, Ty McCarver, Meagan McCarver, Ryan McCarver and Landon Sanders

2 Great Grandchildren – William McCarver and Aliyah Sanders

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, August 13, 2016 at 1:00 P.M. at the Henry Prairie Cemetery. Jimmy Sanders will officiate. A visitation will be held on Friday, August 12, 2016 from 5:00 – 8:00 P.M.
