Sarah Elizabeth Jackson was born on June 4, 1931 in Jewett, Texas to Charlie Saulsberry and Daisy Williams Saulsberry. She passed away on Saturday, July 29, 2017 in Franklin, Texas at the age of 86 years. She was a graduate of Centerville High School and was a homemaker. She married Bill Jackson on February 14, 1976. She had been a resident for the past 41 years and attended New Baden Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and son, Paul Hughes.

Services are scheduled for 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, August 2, 2017 at the McCauley Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Concord Cemetery in Leon County.
