Sally Jo Grace was born on August 31, 1952 in Houston, Texas to parents, Arthur and Iris Nuttall Pershall.  She entered eternal life on Tuesday, November 8, 2022 at the age of 70 years.

Sally was a graduate of Sam Houston High School.  She married her husband, Dennis Grace on April 4, 1980.  Sally was employed at Henson Motor Company for many years.  While working at Henson, Sally earned Top 20 Ram Truck Sales in the nation out of thirty thousand sales associates.  She also worked at Derek Scott Auto Park before her retirement.  Sally had been a resident of New Baden for the past 31 years previously living in Houston.

Sally had a love for plants, shopping and good music.  Although she never had children of her own, she loved to spoil her nieces and nephews and treated them just like she would if they were her own.  She enjoyed life to the fullest and will be missed by her family, friends and all the lives she touched.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, James Lynn Pershall

Sally is survived by her husband of 42 years, Dennis Grace; her siblings:  Carla Jean Pershall, Karen (Susie) Pershall Ricks and Bobbie Lou Pershall; brothers and sisters-in-law: John and Debbie Grace, Tim and Delia Grace and Melissa and Larry Bronikowski.  She is also survived by a host of nieces and nephews.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 15, 2022 from 1:00-3:00 P.M. at McCauley Funeral Home. A private family burial will be held at a later date.
