Ruby Lee Barnett was born on October 30, 1923 in Elliott, Texas to parents, Clarence and Norma Lloyd Davis. She passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Sunday, October 10, 2021 at the age of 97 years.
Ruby received her education in Elliott and Franklin. She was a member of the Elliott Baptist Church. Ruby was a devout Christian, attending church every Sunday until her health declined. She enjoyed spending time with her two grandchildren, Brian and Chase when they were growing up and she especially loved shopping for them. Ruby was also an excellent cook and loved cooking for her family when her health still allowed her to. Ruby's kind spirit will be missed by all the lives she touched.
