Roberto Antonio Zepeda was born on November 1, 1939 in El Salvador to his parents, Napoleon Zepeda and Maria Dolores Rosales Zepeda.  He entered eternal life on Sunday, July 31, 2022 at the age of 82 years.

Roberto originally of San Salvador, El Salvador, immigrated to the United States in the 60's.  He resided first in New York where he married his wife, Ena Miriam Sanchez on November 4, 1972 in New York City and to this union two children were born. Roberto also had a daughter from a previous union.  Roberto and his family returned to El Salvador for a time and then later moved to Los Angeles and eventually to Austin, Texas.  He was employed in transportation with Austin ISD and then Capital Metro Austin for 18 years before his retirement.  Roberto attended the Saint Ignatius Martyr Catholic Church in Austin, Texas.

He is survived by his wife, Ena Zepeda of Taylor; Daughter and Son-in-law, Gloria and Tom Voss of Franklin; Daughter Sylvia Gudger of California; Son and daughter-in-law, Robert Anthony Zepeda, Jr. and wife Ana of Round Rock; brothers, Abraham Dominguez of New York City and Ramiro Chavez of El Savador; 7 grandchildren: Austin M. Voss, Lilyan J. Voss, Katalina A. Voss, Luca N. Zepeda, Ethan C. Zepeda, Austin Gudger and Sidney Gudger.
