Our loving Ricky Daniel Roberts, Sr., 51, of Franklin, Texas went to heaven Wednesday, March 13, 2013. He was surrounded by all of his adoring family as he entered the kingdom of Heaven. He was born on November 4, 1961 in Houston, Texas to William Daniel Roberts and Carolyn Van Duke Roberts. Rick attended Sam Houston State University and was retired from Union Pacific. He had been a resident of Franklin for the past 10 years previously living in Weimer. He was of the Baptist faith. He was preceded in death by his father.

Rick was loved by so many and had such a zest for life. He loved his family and knew that God would care for him and all who touched his life.

Jaclyn Graves, Presley Graves, Avery Roberts, Owen Roberts and Jared Graves

Services will be held on Saturday, March 16, 2013 at 11:00 A.M. at the McCauley Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Freddy Burden will officiate.
Burial will follow in the West Boone Cemetery. Donations may be made in Ricky's name to the American Cancer Society.
