Raymond Wesley Jett, Sr., 87, of New Baden, Texas passed away on Tuesday, May 8, 2012 at his residence. He was born on June 26, 1924 to Buster Silman Jett and Lila Mae Jett. He was a graduate of Frankin High School and married Jorine Russell on October 30, 1946. He was retired from the Leon Gas Company. Mr. Jett was a lifelong resident of New Baden and was of the Baptist faith. He was preceded in death by his Parents, wife, brothers; Louis and Billy Jett, Daughter-in-law; Donna Jett and great granddaughter; Crystal Morales.
He is survived by:

Services will be held on Thursday, May 10, 2012 at 11:00 A.M. at the First Baptist Church in Franklin. Rev. Jimmy Sanders will officiate. Burial will follow in the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in near Franklin.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 9, 2012 from 6-8 P.M. at McCauley Funeral Home in Franklin.
