Phyllis Louise Burns, 62, of Franklin, Texas passed away on Saturday, May 10, 2014 in Bryan, Texas. She was born on June 1, 1951 in Pasadena, Texas to Rod and Thelma Davis. She was retired from Courts Saddlery where she was employed for 20 years. She married James Burns on February 14, 1992. She had been a resident of Franklin since 1971 previously living in Houston. She was a member of the Franklin Worship Center. She was preceded in death by her sister; Rhonda Davis.

Services will be held on Thursday, May 15, 2014 at 2:00 P.M. at the Franklin Worship Center. Rev. Rodney Box will officiate. Burial will follow in the Owensville Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Wednedsay, May 14, 2014 from 6-8 P.M. at McCauley Funeral Home in Franklin, Texas.
