Pamela Sue Goodson was born on April 23, 1959, in Bryan, Texas to Melvin Harris and Jana Pegues Harris. She passed to her Heavenly home on September 5, 2025, in Bryan. She was 66 years old.

She married Billy Joe Goodson on September 23, 1983, and he preceded her in death on October 28, 2020. Before her retirement, she was employed as a secretary. Pamela was a resident of Groesbeck for several years before returning to Franklin 3 years ago.

Pamela was also preceded in death by her mother, Jana Harris.

She is survived by her two children, daughter, Natasha Leverett of College Station and Tommy Joe Goodson of Franklin; father, Melvin Harris of Bryan; sister, Donna Berry and husband Toy; brothers, Charlie Harris of Bryan and Morris Harris and wife Jerri of New Waverly. She is also survived by her 3 grandchildren, Cody Goodson, Justin Goodson and Reagan Morris.

A private family service will be held at a later date.
