Nettie Arline Stark Hill, 91 went to be with the Lord on Monday, July 21, 2014. She was born on August 25, 1922, the fourth child of Charlie S. and Lillie Arline Johnson Smith in Robertson County, Texas.

Nettie was a lifetime member of the Franklin Church of Christ where she enjoyed teaching Bible class, working with the food committee and other activities with the church. She enjoyed cooking and sewing, but most important to her was her family.

She was preceded in death by her husband; William Frank Stark, the father of her 4 children, her husband; Leonard Hill, her parents, 2 brothers and 1 sister.

She is survived by
2 sons – Billy Stark and wife, Molly of College Station
Charles Stark and wife, Georgia of North Zulch

2 Daughters – Carolyn Naumann and husband, Melvin of Bryan
Bonnie Nichols and husband, Larry of Teague

10 Grandchildren, 23 great Grandchildren, 11 Great-Great Grandchildren, Nieces and Nephews and 3 Step-Daughters and families

Services will be held on Friday, July 25, 2014 at 10:00 A.M. at the Franklin Church of Christ. Jerry Jones, Sr. and Nick Johnson will officiate. Burial will follow in the Franklin City Cemetery. A visitation will be held on Thursday, July 24, 2014 from 6-8 P.M. at McCauley Funeral Home in Franklin.
