Margaret Jane Laxson, 91, of Franklin, Texas passed away Sunday, February 19, 2017 in Bedford, Texas. She was born on May 10, 1925 in Baylor County to Frank and Lula Brown. She attended school in Westover. She married Edsel Laxson on September 18, 1943 in Fort Worth, Texas. She had been a resident of Robertson Country for the past 46 years previously living in Irving. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, 3 brothers and 4 sisters.

Services are scheduled for 11:30 A.M. Friday, February 24, 2017 at New Baden Baptist Church. Freddy Burden will officiate. Burial will follow in the New Baden Cemetery. A visitation will be held from 9:30 A.M. until service time at the church.
