Mac Arthur Mareth was born on July 2, 1945 in Sublime, Texas to parents, Adolf Paul Mareth and Lillie Annie May Mareth.  He joined his Heavenly Father on Tuesday, March 21, 2023 at the age of 77 years.

Mac served his country with the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War.  He later became employed as a division manager for Sears and self-employed with M&J Services in Bryan before retiring from Buddy's Appliances.  He was a resident of Camp Creek Lake for the past 36 years, formerly living in Corpus Christi.  Mac, also known as "Tata" to his family, loved them whole heartedly and especially cherished the time he spent with them. His family has comfort in knowing he has now been reunited with his beautiful wife, Ginger.

Mac was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Ginger; grandson, Ty Rue and several siblings.

Mac leaves behind to cherish his memory, daughter and son-in-law, Jennifer Fleming and Darrell Daniel; son and daughter-in-law, Scott and Donna Mareth; sisters, Jo and Gloria; brother, Hubert; sister-in-law, Jean and sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Jerry and Cindy Briggs.  Mac is also survived by his grandchildren: Cade Rue, Miles Rue, Kelsey Rue, Colton Mareth and Courtney Davis and numerous great grandchildren.

Graveside Services will be held on Saturday, March 25, 2023 at 11:00 A.M. at Franklin Cemetery. The family would like to invite you to a celebration of life for Mac that will be held immediately following graveside services at the Franklin Fire Department Station #2 129 Redden Lane, Franklin, Texas, to celebrate with food and fellowship.
