Lawrence "Luke" David Michael Lucas was born on June 13, 1948 in Belleville, Ontario, Canada to William "Curly" Westley Lucas and Shirley Salisbury Polmanper. He was an only child. He attended the BCI in Belleville until he was sixteen.
Luke owned and operated his own truck for 45 years. During that time, he has driven well over a million miles. For the last 13 years, he has contracted and driven for Universal Am-Cam.
Luke is survived by his daughter - Tammy Lucas, son and daughter-in-law – Michael John and Brandy Lucas, 4 grandchildren – Daniel Whitelaw, Katie Dolton, Kylie and Lexi Lucas all from Belleville, Ontario. He is also survived by his wife – Tisha Wylie, six step-children and numerous grand and great grandchildren all in Texas.

Services will be held on Wednesday, August 5, 2015 at 2:00 P.M. at the Bald Prairie Church of Christ. Jimmy Reagan will officiate. Burial will follow in the Bald Prairie Cemetery.
