Lacy Vincent Blair, 74 of Franklin, Texas passed away Sunday, January 31, 2016 in Groesbeck, Texas. He was born on April 8, 1941 in Franklin, Texas to Ben Herman Blair and Margie Powell Blair. Lacy received his education at Franklin High School and married Pamela Mathis on October 27, 1965. He served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. Lacy retired from the City of Bryan where he was employed for 30 years and later after his retirement became a "jack of all trades" doing various jobs in the community of Franklin. He was a true asset to the community and will be missed by many. He was a member of the Southside Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Jim Blair.

Daughter and Son-in-law – Tracy and Tim Moore of Franklin

Sisters – Joyce Warren and husband Russell of Montgomery and
Frances Bodiford and husband Ray, Jr. of Bremond

Sister-in-law – Dorene Blair of Bossier City, LA

Grandchildren – Brian Moore, Jennifer Moore and husband Jermey

Great Grandchildren – Richard Moore, Daniel Moore, April Moore, Ty Moore and Nobley Moore

Nephews – David Blair, Ron Bodiford, Don Bodiford and Steven Douglass

Niece – Rene Herzog

Services will be held on Thursday, February 4, 2016 at 2:00 P.M. at the McCauley Funeral Home Chapel in Franklin. Burial will follow in the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery. A visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 3, 2016 from 6-8 P.M. at McCauley Funeral H
