Juan Antonio Esparza was born to his parents, Tomas Esparza and Hilaria Martinez Esparza Reyna on January 30, 1952 in Torreon, Mexico.  He entered eternal life on Saturday, August 14, 2021 in College Station, Texas at the age of 69.

Juan married the love of his life, Carol Jones on September 24, 2015 in Bryan, Texas.  He was employed with Bryan ISD as a Diesel Technician.  Juan had been a resident of Franklin since 2016, previously living in Harlingen, Texas.  Juan was retired from the United States Airforce serving from October 21, 1975 – October 18, 2003.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Hilaria Martinez Esparza Reyna and Tomas Esparza; step-father, Agapito Reyna and his favorite mother-in-law, Shirley Van Huss.

He is survived by his loving wife, Carol Lynn Esparza of Franklin and his daughter, Lesley Esparza Leago and husband Tommy James of Conroe;  step-sons,  Jeffrey Brinson and wife Jennifer, Sergeant David Brinson, USMC and wife Rachel, Daniel Brinson and girlfriend Jessica, Sergeant Matthew Brinson, USMC and wife Neah.  He is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
