Joy "Diane" Land was born on January 14, 1951 in Franklin, Texas to James Harvey Land and Bertie Bee Land. She passed away from this life on Tuesday, February 5, 2013 in Pasadena, Texas at the age of 62 years. She was of the Methodist faith. She was preceded in death by her parents, sister - Lily Mullins, brother – Buck Land, Sister – Lois Meadors.

She is survived by:
Sister – Darlene Dodds of Pasadena
Brother – Jerald Land of Houston
Numerous Nieces, Nephews, family and friends

Services will be held on Saturday, February 9, 2013 at 1:00 P.M. at the McCauley Funeral Home Chapel in Franklin. Rev. Freddy Burden will officiate. Burial will follow in the Nesbitt Cemetery in Robertson County.
