John Holman Meadors, 84, of Franklin, Texas passed away on Saturday, March 26, 2011 at his residence. He was born on December 14, 1926 in Franklin, Texas. Mr. Meadors was a WW II Veteran and a retired rancher.
He married Janice Jackson on July 19, 1997 in Franklin. Mr. Meadors was a life long resident of Franklin. He was a member of the Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church and the Patrick Lodge #359 Franklin, Texas. He was preceded in death by his parents and his son, Michael Meadors.

Daughter and Son-in-law - Sandra and Ernest Johnson of Bryan

Services will be held on Tuesday, March 29, 2011 at 10:00 A.M. at the Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church. Howard DeHart will officiate. Burial will follow in the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday, March 28, 2011 at the funeral home from 6:00 p.m.to 8:00 p.m.
