Jana Rae Paskey Meadors was born on June 22, 1961, in Tacoma, Washington to her parents, Billy Ray and Della Ruth Calhoun Paskey.  She entered eternal life on Sunday, December 8, 2024, in Franklin, Texas at the age of 63 years.

Jana was a 1979 graduate of Franklin High School.  She was a homemaker and a member of the Christian faith, and a lifetime resident of Bald Prairie, Texas. She spent her time taking care of her family. Jana was a devoted daughter, mother and grandmother and loved her children and grandchildren dearly.  She always made sure that she was attentive to their needs, helping in any way she could.  She enjoyed and cherished the time with her family and her many pets.

Jana is preceded in death by her parents, Billy Ray and Della Ruth Paskey, father of her children, Robert Meadors and her companion, David Garrett.

Jana is survived by her children, Chad and Tabitha Meadors of Bald Prairie, her daughter, Leigh Mata of Franklin, brother, Jerry Paskey of Franklin, her grandchildren: Micaleigh Sanders, Brittan Sanders, Seth Sanders, Morgan Meadors and Abigail Meadors and her nephew, Anthony Paskey.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, December 14, 2024, at 10:00 A.M. at the Bald Prairie Cemetery.
