James Joseph Dennison, 90, of Marquez, Texas passed away Sunday, February 19, 2017 at his residence. He was born on July 18, 1926 in Newark, Ohio to Joseph Floyd and Eva Dennison. He was a graduate of Newark High School and Ohio State. James married Lillie Mae Foster on June 2, 1947. They were married for 63 years before she preceded him death on December 27, 2010. He was a veteran of the Korean War and was retired from the United States Air Force. James was of the Baptist faith. He was a loving father and grandfather. He was also preceded in death by his parents and son, James Edward Dennison.

Daughter – Elizabeth Payne and Joe Frato
Son – David Dennison and wife Annette
7 Grandchildren: Cassandra Noey, John Dennison, Virginia Dennison, Nicolette Tucker and husband Keith, Michael Dennison, Alice Dennison and David Dennison
5 Great Grandchildren: Harley Noey, Kyle Tucker, Riley Noey, Macquire Dennison, Kolt Tucker, Kaelyn Johnson and Keston Johnson
Caregivers: Brandi Burch, Amy Toungate and Sherrie Noey
Graveside services are scheduled for 2:00 P.M. Thursday, February 23, 2017 at the Marquez Cemetery. A visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 22, 2017 from 6:00-8:00 P.M. at McCauley Funeral Home in Franklin, Texas
