This is Ike's description of himself to the students he was RA over in the fall of 2019.

Hello! My name is Isaac Neff.  Welcome to OC! I'm going to be your RA for the year.  A little about me: I'm a sophomore and a history major, I like to play a little guitar, bike and I'm fascinated with historical 18 ^th century woodworking.  Also, I love a good game of 9-ball pool.  If you have any questions about OC or 18 ^th Century woodworking, or anything, my number is XXX-XXX-XXXX. Here's to a great year ahead of us!

Isaac Rex "Ike" Neff was born on May 16, 2000 in Bryan, Texas to Tim and Sarah Neff.  He entered eternal life on Thursday, January 23, 2020 in Oklahoma.  Ike was preceded in death by his grandfather, Tom Van Winkle

He is survived by his parents, Tim and Sarah Neff of Franklin; Sisters, Acelyn Neff and Summer Neff both of Franklin; Brother, Campbell Neff of Garland; Grandparents, Rex and Betty Neff  of Franklin, and Linnea Van Winkle of Lubbock, Texas,  Numerous Special Uncles, Aunts, Cousins and extended family.

Services will be held on Tuesday, January 28, 2020 at 3:00 P.M. at the Franklin Church of Christ.  Matt Parker will officiate.
