Imogene Russell Roberts was born on March 24, 1927 in Arkansas to Willie Russell and Golda M. Baker Russell.  She passed away Thursday, December 6, 2018 in College Station, Texas at the age of 91 years.

She married Donald Roberts June 30, 1947.  She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.  She was a resident of New Baden for many years before moving to live with her daughter in College Station in 2005.  Imogene was of the Baptist faith and a member of the New Baden Camp Creek Lions Club.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Willie and Golda Russell; husband, Donald Roberts and grandson, James Roberts, II.

Service will be held on Monday, December 10, 2018 at 11:00 A.M. at the McCauley Funeral Home Chapel.  Freddy Burden will officiate.  Burial will follow in the New Baden Cemetery.  A visitation will be held on Monday from 9:00 A.M. until the time of services at the funeral home.
