Henry Eugene "Gene" Feigle was born on October 12, 1935 in Galveston ,Texas to Sophie and Walter Feigle, Sr. He entered into eternal life on Sunday, May 10, 2015 at his home in New Baden after long struggle with chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), with his family by his side. Gene was preceded in death by his mother, Sophie, Lang, Walter Feigle, Sr., and brother, Walter Feigle, Jr.

Gene is survived by his by his wife, best friend and soul mate, Pansy Odom Feigle of 62 years.

He leaves behind his 4 children –
Henry Eugene "Gene" Feigle, Jr., and wife, Sheryl

Daughter, Cynthia and husband, Charles Blackley

Shane Odom, Sr. and Ray Lee Odom, Jr.

He also will be sadly missed by his grandchildren – Richard Maniscalco, Curtis Blackley, Michael Blackley and Mary Howard

Great Grandchildren – Michael Maniscalco and Jaxon Howard

Brothers – Jake Feigle, George Feigle and wife, Marilyn

Sister – Linda Feigle Myers and husband, Wimpy

Numerous other relatives and many friends

During his time on this side of Heaven, he became a veteran of National Guard and an Auxiliary Police Officer in LaMarque, Texas for 8 years . He then retired after 30 years from Thomas J. Lipton/Lipton Tea. He had a passion for hunting, fishing, game shows and a nice cold beverage, Miller High Life and spending time on his ranch. On April 8, 2015, Gene was awarded with a Veterans plaque for service served and re-baptized to celebrate his new life with Christ.
