Hazel Ray Rios, 62, of Franklin, Texas passed away on Tuesday, November 4, 2014 at her residence in Franklin, Texas. She was born on September 4, 1952 in Marlin, Texas to Raphael Milford and Leola Hazel Green Johnston.
Hazel attended Franklin High School and had lived in the community all her life. She married Pedro Rios on June 26, 1991 in Franklin. She was a member of the St. Francis of Assisi in Franklin

Graveside services will be held on Saturday, November 8, 2014 at 10:00 A.M. at the Holly Cemetery in Ridge, Texas. Visitation will be from 9:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M. with the family present from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at McCauley Funeral Home in Franklin.
