Hazel Irene Ansley was born on August 21, 1939 in Rolla, Missouri to her parents, Sam and Dema Bell Laney.  She entered eternal life on Tuesday, August 16, 2022 with her family by her side at the age of 82 years.

Before her retirement, Hazel was employed in food service with Tomball ISD.  She was of the Christian faith.  Hazel's family meant everything to her. She loved them dearly as they did her.  Hazel also had a love for children and dogs.  She enjoyed baking and gardening in her spare time when her health still allowed her to. She also always enjoyed hearing about her grandsons singing competitions and was his biggest fan during his competitive years. Hazel may be absent from this earth now but she will forever remain in the hearts of those lives that she touched while here.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Ansley; daughter, Terry Rae Ansley and son-in-law, Ruben Lopez.

She is survived by her daughter, Paula Lopez; son, Stephen Ansley and grandson, Nicolas Lopez.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, August 20, 2022 at 1:00 P.M. at the Holly Cemetery in Ridge, Texas.
