Obituary

Geneva Kirkpatrick Reagan was born on February 5, 1918 in Easterly, Texas to Romus and Lottie Kirkpatrick. She passed away on Tuesday,
February 21, 2017 in Spring, Texas at the age of 99 years. Geneva was a graduate of Franklin High School. She received her Bachelor's degree from Southwest Texas State and her Master's degree from the University of Houston. She taught school for 34 years in the Medina, Franklin, Kosse, Houston and several other school districts before her retirement. She married Carl Reagan in August 1945. Geneva was of the Baptist faith. She was preceded in death by her parents; 2 brothers, Lewis Kirkpatrick and Clifford Kirkpatrick and her great grandson, Matthew Harris.

She is survived by:

Daughter- Regena Whelply and husband Gerald of Spring

Son – David Reagan and wife Cherryl of Bremond

5 Grandchildren: Leslie Kyle and husband David, Michael Reagan and wife Karie, Troy Whelply, Brandon Whelply and Jaimie Valdez and husband Andrew

7 Great Grandchildren

Numerous Nieces & Nephews

Services are scheduled for 2:00 P.M. Friday, February 24, 2017 at the McCauley Funeral Home Chapel in Franklin. Jimmy Reagan will officiate. Burial will follow in the Franklin Cemetery.
