Fred Edward Minzenmayer, son of Fritz Otto Minzenmayer and Elvera Gerhardt Minzenmayer, passed away on November 11, 2016. He was born in Winters, Texas, the second of four children. He attended Texas A&M, earning a BS in Soil Science and a Master's in Agronmy. In 1969, he married the love of his life, Patsy Morgan. They lived many places during his 38 years of employment with the Natural Resources Conservation Service. They retired to Franklin in 2008 to fulfill his lifelong dream of cattle ranching.

Fred greatly loved his family, all animals and his friends. He will be missed by all.

Lee Smith and husband Rodney

Sister-in-law – Shaaron Towns

Nephew – Richard Towns and family

A memorial services will be held on Saturday, December 3, 2016 at 11:00 A.M. at the McCauley Funeral Home Chapel in Franklin. Al Jolly and Blan Chrane will officiate.

The family wished to acknowledge with deep appreciation the many expressions of love, concern and kindness shown to them during this time of bereavement. May God bless and keep you.
