Francis Ollie Magee Biemer was born on June 26, 1943 in San Antonio, Texas to her parents, James Palm and Bessie (Newcomer) Magee.  She entered eternal life on Monday, January 23, 2023 at the age of 79 years.

Francis was a graduate of Highland High School in San Antonio and later attended the University of Texas.  She married the love of her life, Longin Felix Biemer on February 8, 1964.  To their union, 3 sons were born: Longin, Jr., David Scott and Darryl Wayne.  Francis was employed as a substitute teacher and administrative secretary through the years but was also a proud housewife in her later years.

She and her husband moved to Franklin in 2020 to make their home, previously living in different areas around the state of Texas.  She was of the Catholic faith and a member of the St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Franklin.

Francis was preceded in death by her parents, James Palm and Bessie Magee; brothers, James Magee and David Magee.

She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Longin F. Biemer, Sr. of Franklin; Sons and daughters-in-law: Longin F. Biemer, Jr. and Jody of Franklin, David Scott Biemer and Ann of White Oak and Darryl Wayne Biemer and Josie of Amarillo; sister, Roberta Magee of San Antonio.  She is also survived by her beautiful grandchildren: Betheny Biemer, Nicolas Biemer, Johnathan  Biemer, Ethan Biemer, Nathan Biemer; great grandchildren: Cecilia Biemer, Charlotte Biemer, Liam Biemer, Morgan Biemer and Emerson Biemer.

A Christian Mass will be held on Saturday, January 28, 2023 at 11:00 at the St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Franklin. Visitation will be held on Friday, January 27, 2023 from 6-7PM with a rosary recited at 7PM at McCauley Funeral Home in Franklin, Texas.
