Ellis Thomas Waller, Jr. passed away on Tuesday, October 17, 2016 in Round Rock, Texas at the age of 76. He was born on October 18, 1939 in New Orleans, Louisiana to Ellis Thomas Waller and Helen Mayeaux Waller. He was a 1961 graduate of Texas A&M University. Mr. Waller was employed with Dow Chemical as a chemical engineer for 30 years before his retirement in 2000. He was a veteran of the United States Army. He married Lynn DeZavala on October 2, 1971 in Freeport, Texas. Mr. Waller was a resident of Liberty Hill, Texas previously living in New Baden. He was of the Baptist faith.

7 Grandchildren – Ashley and Daniel Bautista, Austin Waller, Audrey Schoppe, Anna Schoppe, Allison Waller, Kate Schoppe and Samuel Waller

Services will be held on Monday, October 24, 2016 at 11:00 A.M. at the McCauley Funeral Home Chapel in Franklin. Rev. Gordon Bergstrom will officiate. Burial will follow in the New Baden Cemetery. A visitation will be held on Sunday, October 23, 2016 from 3-5 P.M. at the funeral home.
