Elizabeth Ann Clay, 65, of Franklin, Texas passed away on Sunday, November 13, 2016 in Bryan, Texas. She was born on March 15, 1951 in Bryan, Texas to Charles and Elizabeth White Walker. She married Bill Clay on April 11, 1966 in Bryan, Texas. Liz was a homemaker and had been a resident of Franklin for more than 20 years previously living in Bryan, Texas. She was preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by:

Husband – Bill Clay of Franklin

Daughter – Susan Ormsby and husband John of Franklin

2 Sons – Bill Clay, Jr. and wife Shawn of Bryan and
Jason Clay and wife Amber of Franklin

Sister – Chris Phelps

Brother – Richard Walker of Dallas

12 Grandchildren and 8 Great Grandchildren

A graveside service will be held on Thursday, November 17, 2016 at 3:00 P.M. at the Henry Prairie Cemetery. A visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 16, 2016 from 6:00 P.M. – 8:00 P.M. at McCauley Funeral Home in Franklin.
