Edward E. Winstead, 70, of Ridge, Texas passed away on Monday, December 1, 2014 in Bryan, Texas. He was born on March 20, 1944 in Marquez, Texas to Fred Winstead and Fannie Mae Winstead. He
married Mary Currie on May 22, 1962. Mr. Winstead was a farmer and rancher. He was a life resident of Leon and Robertson counties. He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers; Fred Winstead, Jr., George Winstead Albert Winstead, Sam Winstead and Robert Winstead, Sister; Jane Bartkoviac.

Services will be held on Friday, December 5, 2014 at 10:00 A.M. at the McCauley Funeral Home Chapel in Franklin. Lonnie Dewberry will officiate. Burial will follow in the Holly Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 4, 2014 from 6-8 P.M. at McCauley Funeral Home.
