Doris Raye Lott, 83 of Franklin, Texas passed away on Monday, August 8, 2016 at her home. She was born on September 18, 1932 in Woodson, Texas to Harris and Ruby Titus Biggs. She received her education in Woodson and was retired from the Robertson County Sheriff Department where she was employed as a cook for 12 years. She was of the Baptist faith . She was preceded in death by her daughter, Sandy Watkins; Parents, Ruby and Harris Biggs; Brothers,Wayne Elliott Biggs, Clifford Wayland Biggs and Harris Biggs, Jr.; Sister, Melba Jean Sager

She is survived by:

Sister – Patricia Ann Smethers of Weatherford

Son-in-law – Jerry Watkins of Franklin

Sister-in-law – Venturina Biggs of Austin

Grandchildren – Sheryl Watkins Overall and husband John, Danny Watkins and wife Shea.

Great Grandchildren – Jarod Overall, Gage Lopez, Amber Slaughter, Dalton Watkins and Dean Watkins

Graveside Services will be held on Thursday, August 11, 2016 at 11:00 A.M. at the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery. Mitch Harper will officiate.
