Diane Allie McBride, 74, of Franklin, Texas passed away on Wednesday, April 30, 2014 in Cypress, Texas. She was born on February 19, 1940 in Bakersfield, California to Byron G. Adams and Mildred Elizabeth Hayes. She married William Maxwell McBride on February 19, 1957. She was a homemaker and also owned and operated Diane's Monograming. She had been a resident of Franklin for the past 13 years and was a member of the First Baptist Church of New Baden.

She was also a member of the American Legion Auxiliary. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Services will be held on Wednesday, May 7, 2014 at 11:00 A.M. at the First Baptist Church New Baden, Texas. Rev. Freddy Burden and Pastor Ben David Watson will officiate. Burial will follow in the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery.
