Creola Grace Fletcher was born on March 28, 1934 in Montgomery, Louisiana to James Peyton and Ruth Harris Bazar.  She passed away Thursday, December 7, 2017 at her home in New Baden, Texas.  She married George William Fletcher and he preceded her in death on November 30, 1977.  She was a previous resident of La Porte before moving to New Baden to live with her daughter and son-in-law.

Services will be held on Saturday, December 9, 2017 at 1:00 P.M. at the McCauley Funeral Home Chapel.  Dr. Randy Gilchrist will officiate.  Burial will follow in the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery.  A visitation will be held on Saturday from 12 Noon until service time at the funeral home
