Billie Cotten, a sweet and gentle person passed away on August 25, 2020 at the age of 91 years.  She was born on October 24, 1928 to loving parents, Gladys and Kyle Miller.  She grew up in Houston, retired from the US Postal Service and moved to Country Place in Pearland, a community she loved.  Billie led a full and vibrant life. She was a world traveler and went to Asia and Europe many times.  She was proud to have been baptized in the Jordan River in Israel.

Billie is survived by her son, Gary Cotten of Houston, TX and nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her brother, Delbert Rex Miller, her mother, Gladys Reeves Miller, her father, James Kyle Miller and will be remembered by all who knew her as a devoted mother, daughter, sister, aunt and friend.

Graveside services will be held on Saturday, September 5, 2020, at 12:00 noon at Holly Cemetery in Ridge, TX where Billie will be laid to rest next to her parents, brother and countless kin-folk.  Billie gave generously to many charities and since her parents passed, helped support Holly Cemetery

She will be missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, September 5, 2020 at 12:00 PM at Holly Cemetery in Robertson County, Texas.
