Billie Maxine Meadors was born on May 9, 1930 in New Baden, Texas to parents, Horace and Elsie Sitz Bolton.  She peacefully joined her Heavenly Father on Saturday, March 25, 2023 at the age of 92 years.

Billie received her education from New Baden School and Franklin High School.  She was a homemaker and a loving mother to her 6 children.  She married her husband, Wilburn Thomas Meadors in June 1950.  Billie was a life-long resident of Robertson County and was of the Baptist faith.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Horace and Elsie Bolton; husband, Wilburn Thomas Meadors; Sons, Jarrod Heath Meadors, Robert Wade Meadors and Kevin Lance Meadors; grandson, Nathan Thomas Meadors and great grandson, Kraig Stallings.

Left to cherish her memory are her children: Randall Wilburn Meadors of Franklin, Tamara Elaine Meadors Marshall of Franklin and Rory Jerome Meadors of College Station; her grandchildren: Jennifer Hughes, Tyrone Perez, Carlos Perez, Priscilla Maxine, Gabe Meadors, Rachel Konderla, Abby Stallings, Jory Bates, Jara Murphy, Leigh Mata and Chad Meadors.  She is also survived by her 21 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

There will be no public services.
