Bernadette Marie Rogers was born on March 13, 1944 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to William and Marie Rodgers Roycroft. She passed away on Friday, January 25, 2013 in Houston, Texas at the age of 68 years. She was employed as a caregiver before her retirement and was a resident of Houston for 40 years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Wayne Rogers.

Services were held on Tuesday, January 29, 2013 at 3:00 P.M. at McCauley Funeral Home Chapel in Franklin. Rev. Freddy Burden of New Baden Baptist Church will officiate. Burial will follow in the Camp Creek Cemetery.
