Barbara Ann Sitton was born on February 24, 1938 in Robertson County, Texas to Travis Barnett and Georgia Redden Barnett.  She passed away with surrounded by family on Tuesday, April 23, 2019 at her home at the age of 81 years.

Barbara received her education at Franklin High School.  She married Troy Sitton on December 31, 1978.  She was a lifelong resident of Franklin and was of the Baptist faith.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Travis and Georgia Barnett and her husband, Troy Sitton.

She is survived by:

Sisters – Billie Sue Cory of Franklin

Patsy Frank of Sugarland

Rita Jager of Franklin

Numerous Nieces and Nephews

Services will be held on Friday, April 26, 2019 at 2:00 P.M. at the McCauley Funeral Chapel in Franklin.  Burial will follow in the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery. A visitation will be held on Thursday, April 25, 2019 from 6:00-8:00 P.M. at McCauley Funeral Home.
