Anne Marie ( Bergeron) Burnett 63, of Franklin, Texas, passed away after a brief illness Sunday, December 14, 2014. Daughter of the late Hector and Dolores Bergeron, Anne was born November 15, 1951 in Willimantic, CT.

Anne was a graduate of Annhurst College. After graduation, she worked one year at Holy Family Catholic School in El Paso, Texas where she met her husband. Anne and her husband then worked twelve years as House Parents for Lee and Beulah Moor children's Home. Anne also shared her teaching talents with the students at Guillen Middle and Hearne Elementary Schools for Twenty-Six years, retiring in 2012.

Anne is survived by her husband of 39 years, Tommy Burnett, three sons, Benjamin, Aron and wife Esther, Christopher. Twin grandchildren, Redford and Vera. She also leaves her brother Kenneth Bergeron of Enfield, CT., Sister Jacquelyn Bergeron of Willimantic, CT. and her long-time friend, Deborah Haddad Morse of New Bern, NC. as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Anne was a communicant of St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Franklin, Texas.

Visitation will be held at McCauley Funeral Home in Franklin, Texas on Wednesday, December 17, 2014 at 9:00 A.M. followed by a 11:00 A.M. mass of Christian Burial at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, 1371 FM 1644, Franklin, Texas. Interment will take place at St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery in Bremond, Texas. Memorial Contribution may be made in Anne's memory to St. Francis of Assisi Church P.O. Box 543 Franklin, Texas 77856
